How long does delivery take?
Most Valley orders arrive within 1 to 3 days after confirmation.
Do you deliver outside Kathmandu Valley?
We currently deliver inside Kathmandu Valley. We will announce new cities as delivery expands.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery, or wallet/QR payment through eSewa, Khalti, or Fonepay after we confirm your order total.
What if the size doesn't fit?
Message us within 3 days. Unworn, tagged items can be exchanged where stock allows.
Why do you need my phone number?
Only to confirm your order and coordinate delivery. We do not sell or share it.
